Larry and Angie Lochbaum, Owners.
Angie joined CFS in March 1995 when she started learning all areas of the business including how to fill fire extinguishers, check fire suppression inspections, the sale and installation of camera and security systems. Not far into her training, she learned she is one of few women in the fire and security business. More currently, Angie handles the day to day business items as well as sales. Larry joined CFS in August 1996. He started as a fire technician where he is state licensed to inspect fire extinguishers and fire suppression systems. Larry worked his way until he became manager of the fire side. In 2000 he became license for fire alarm inspections. He contributed to the growth of the business when he joined the sales team. Now, Larry handles all technical support, sales, design of fire alarm as well as commercial camera and security systems. In 2014 Larry and Angie purchased the business from her parents.
Outside of the business, Angie and Larry have three children Justice, Carter and Bailey (pictured above). All of the children have worked at least one summer in the business, helping out around as needed and getting to know what their parents do! In the community, Angie has served leadership roles in Chillicothe Jaycees, Ross County 4-H, and the Zane Trace School Board. Larry has served on the board of the Home Builders Association and assisted with the Ross County Fair and 4-H program. In their free time, Larry and Angie enjoy exploring in their jeep, traveling all over the US, and spending time with their children. Angie and Larry have hosted 13 exchange students over the last 14 years.
Stephanie
Stephanie Hartmus joined the CFS family in September 2020. Stephanie handles all the billing, scheduling, and keeps the office looking great! She has been a great addition to our office. Stephanie has been a 4H leader for 14 years. Stephanie and her husband, John have been married for over 17 years and they have one amazing active daughter. They keep active in the community and with their daughter. When they aren’t running their daughter to her extra activities they attend Brookside Church and love to travel and explore new places.
Ann
Ann Perdue has been with CFS for over 10 years. She comes with over 50 years
of customer service and sales experience. She is a pet lover of all animals
and loves being a “cat mom” We just can’t say how many! Ann is active in
our community and loves seeing it to continue to grow. Ann says you can
teach an old dog new tricks and learning about the new security systems have

Teri
Teri is back! We are excited to have Teri back in our office. She is the person who answers the phones, helps customers, and works on collections. Teri loves supporting dog rescues. She likes to go horseback riding in her free time. Teri is a crafty person and likes to come up with new ideas of reusing materials.
Robert
Robert has been with us for over 13 years as our security technician. Robert has over 15 years of experience. Robert and his wife Cathy are the parents of 7 kids. When Robert isn’t working he likes to play video games, hunt, and learn about newest technology. Robert is our lead technician and usually can figure out most of the troubleshooting for our customers. We appreciate his ability to think out side of the box when it comes to work and problem solving.
William
Will joined our team in October 2024. He will be learning the security side of our business. Will is a girl dad and loves every part of it. He also likes to hunt and raising hunting dogs. We are excited to have him join our family and looking forward to a long future here.
